- Tomatoes cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Olive5 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Open the sausages, remove their skin and add them to a bowl.
- Grease a shape with oil or olive oil, add the sausages without the skin and spread them in the shape of the shape (as if it were a pizza disc)
- Then, turn this disc onto a grill and bake one side first.
- Turn the disc with the roasted side up and add the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, onions and sliced tomatoes.
- Add the olive oil, oregano and more cheese to finish
- Cover with a mold (steam helps to bake better) and leave for about 20 to 30 minutes
- Finish with olives
