Tuscan sausage400 g
Wheat Flour1 cup
Egg3 unit(s)
Green Smell to taste
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Panko Flour1 cup
Bacon100 g

Remove the skin from the sausage and pass through the food processor along with the bacon.
Transfer to a bowl and add 1 egg, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, parsley, pepper and salt (can be dispensed with).
Mix everything until you have a sticky dough.
Oil your hand, take a portion with the help of a spoon and roll it into a ball.
To coat, dip in the remaining half of the flour, then in two beaten eggs and finally in the panko flour.
Tighten to secure and fry in hot oil.
Tip: if you prefer, you can also put a square of cheese inside.
