  • Ricotta125 g
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 dessert spoon
  • Minced garlic3 teaspoon
  • Parsley to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Beat the ricotta in the microprocessor, add the garlic, parsley and oregano, beat again.
  2. Add the sardines, taking care to let the liquid drain out of the can and remove the inner column of thorns, beat again until uniform.
  3. Finally, add the oil in order to leave the obtained paste to your liking.
