  • Bread Yeast20 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour1100 kg
  • Sugar7 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Ham8 to taste
  • Mozzarella8 to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Ready-made tomato sauce to taste
  1. Add the warm milk to the bread yeast and mix well.
  2. Add sugar, eggs and salt and mix well.
  3. Add the sifted flour little by little and mix until you can't anymore.
  4. Knead the dough with your hands and if necessary add more 100 grams of flour or more.
  5. Open the dough and put the margarine and knead well. This step is necessary to moisten the dough.
  6. Divide the dough in two and let it rise in two bowls with a cloth on top.
  7. Leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
  8. Take the dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. Open it completely, because it will be made a salty.
  9. Add the sauce, ham and mozzarella.
  10. Also add oregano to taste.
  11. Close the dough thus forming a roll. Brush with yolk on top.
  12. Grease the form with oil and place the dough.
  13. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  14. Once golden on top, it's ready.
