- wheat flour1 cup
- corn starch1 cup
- margarine2 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- oregano1 to taste
- Instant Yeast1 tablespoon
- Straw Potato1 cup
- Ham2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella4 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- sausages2 unit(s)
- onion1/2 unit(s)
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Olive1/2 cup
- In a bowl chop the ham, mozzarella, sausage, onion, corn, olives, oregano and set aside.
- In the blender, place the eggs, margarine, milk, salt and beat until it turns into a cream.
- Add corn starch
- Add the wheat flour and beat for another 3 minutes.
- Add the yeast and mix carefully.
- Mix the dough with the reserved chopped ingredients
- In a baking dish sprinkle the potato straw carefully pour the dough
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes 180 degrees
