  • Beetroot |  to taste

Recipe

  1. Make a cream with the shredded chicken breast using mayonnaise, sour cream, cottage cheese, parsley and olives.
  2. Remove the crusts from the slices of bread.
  3. In a container, make a base with the slices of bread.
  4. With a spatula, put the cream and interlace each layer until you form a cake.
  5. To decorate, use grated carrots with a little mayonnaise, beetroot and potato straw.
