  • Ground beef500 g
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Chopped Green Olives3 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baked pastry dough pack1 unit(s)
  1. Sauté the garlic and onion and cook the meat with a pinch of salt.
  2. When it's almost ready, add the olives, chopped eggs and black pepper. Let it cook with the lid closed (to get very wet).
  3. Meanwhile, grease a mold with flour, so the dough doesn't stick.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the pastry dough. Fold into a half moon and close by squeezing the sides with a fork.
  5. Place the empanadas in the form, without touching the edges or each other.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden. It's worth taking a peek from time to time to see if it's on point.
