- 1/2 cup olive oil100 ml
- 1 cup of milk200 ml
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese50 g
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- Pepperoni sausage to taste
- Tomato to taste
- In the blender place the eggs, milk, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and beat for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the flour while beating, add the baking powder and beat quickly just to combine.
- Grease a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, place 1/3 of the dough and place half of the stuffing in the following order: pepperoni, tomato and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until you finish the ingredients ending with the dough.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes. Help yourself.
