  • 1/2 cup olive oil100 ml
  • 1 cup of milk200 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 cups of wheat flour200 g
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese50 g
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder14 g
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Pepperoni sausage to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  1. In the blender place the eggs, milk, olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and beat for 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the flour while beating, add the baking powder and beat quickly just to combine.
  3. Grease a hole in the middle with butter or margarine, place 1/3 of the dough and place half of the stuffing in the following order: pepperoni, tomato and mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until you finish the ingredients ending with the dough.
  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes. Help yourself.
