- Chia seed1 dessert spoon
- Edu Guedes Seasoning1 dessert spoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil to taste
- Fresh Minas cheese30 g
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Add the tapioca, eggs, chia seed and Edu Guedes seasoning in a bowl and mix well;
- Grease a frying pan with olive oil or coconut oil;
- Light the fire and add the dough to the skillet, cover;
- Turn when almost done on one side;
- Add the curd and the Minas cheese;
- Cover and let the cheese melt;
- Turn off the heat, close the crepioca and serve.
