  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Chia seed1 dessert spoon
  • Edu Guedes Seasoning1 dessert spoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Coconut Oil to taste
  • Fresh Minas cheese30 g
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  1. Add the tapioca, eggs, chia seed and Edu Guedes seasoning in a bowl and mix well;
  2. Grease a frying pan with olive oil or coconut oil;
  3. Light the fire and add the dough to the skillet, cover;
  4. Turn when almost done on one side;
  5. Add the curd and the Minas cheese;
  6. Cover and let the cheese melt;
  7. Turn off the heat, close the crepioca and serve.
