  • Unleavened Wheat Flour4 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Organic Dry Yeast5 g
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Oil/olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Milk or warm water1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Add all ingredients in a spacious container
  2. Mix everything until all the ingredients are together.
  3. Move the dough to a smooth place and start kneading, always adding wheat flour on the bench, knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is very smooth
  4. Let it rest with a cloth on top preferably in a stuffy place for at least 1 hour or more
  5. After the rest, just open and make the salty you prefer!
  6. If you are going to make pizza I recommend leaving it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and if it is salty you can leave it for 30 minutes or until golden.
