- Wheat Flour700 g
- Milk250 ml
- Carrot1 cup
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Biological Yeast Powder20 g
- Blend all ingredients except flour in a blender. Pour the liquid into a bowl and add the flour. Let it grow until it doubles in volume. Divide the dough into two parts. With one of them, line the mold, spread tomato sauce and preferably place the stuffing (the one in the photo was chicken with catupiry). With another half, cover and close.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes, enough time to heat the oven to 250 degrees. After that time, cut making marks with a spatula, making 8 pieces. Pass egg and decorate with oregano, sesame (if you want) and olives. Bake until golden.
