- Flaxseed1 cup
- White or black sesame4 dessert spoon
- Grated Parmesan50 g
- Clara1 to taste
- Dry seasonings1 to taste
- Place a mug of flaxseed with filtered water and let it soak for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours well the flaxseed plus four spoons of sunflower seed.
- Mix everything together and place on greased parchment paper.
- On top put Glee butter and spread it very thin.
- Cook over medium heat or until golden.
