- 6 tablets of broth (chicken, beef or shrimp)6 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup of oil1/2 cup
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed4 unit(s)
- 700g of wheat flour700 g
- 🔴 For breading: 500 ml of milk wheat flour rose flour and salt.500 ml
- 🔴 Stuffing options: polka dots (cheese or cheese with ham), coxinha (chicken or chicken with cream cheese), Risole (meat or shrimp)1 g
- In a pan, put the oil and garlic until golden. After sautéing, add the hot water dissolved with the broth of your choice and then gradually add the wheat flour.
- Let it cook, stirring until it detaches from the bottom of the pan. Reserve and let cool. Make the snacks to your liking.
- To bread: Pass the snacks in the wheat flour seasoned with salt. Then place the balls in the milk, remove and place in the breadcrumbs.
- Then, after the snacks are well breaded, fry them in hot oil.
