  • Wheat1 kg
  • Salt20 g
  • Biological yeast10 g
  • Olive Oil50 ml
  • Water600 ml
  1. In a bowl, add; wheat, salt, yeast, olive oil.
  2. Add water little by little, until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. Now you will knead the dough for 10 minutes, using flour to avoid sticking!
  4. Let it rest for 15 minutes covered with plastic or damp cloth.
  5. Uncover the dough after resting, divide it into two parts, shape into loaves, place in a greased pan.
  6. Let it rest until it doubles in volume. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
  7. Tip: when turning on the oven to preheat, place a small pan with water, this will ensure the necessary steam to make the bread crust crispy.
