- Wheat1 kg
- Salt20 g
- Biological yeast10 g
- Olive Oil50 ml
- Water600 ml
- In a bowl, add; wheat, salt, yeast, olive oil.
- Add water little by little, until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Now you will knead the dough for 10 minutes, using flour to avoid sticking!
- Let it rest for 15 minutes covered with plastic or damp cloth.
- Uncover the dough after resting, divide it into two parts, shape into loaves, place in a greased pan.
- Let it rest until it doubles in volume. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Tip: when turning on the oven to preheat, place a small pan with water, this will ensure the necessary steam to make the bread crust crispy.
