- Butter25 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cottage100 g
- Basil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grate the potatoes coarsely and place them on a clean dish towel. Fold the cloth and squeeze to remove the water they release. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Melt the butter in a large nonstick skillet. Divide the potato into four portions and form balls of 10 cm each. Place them in the skillet and fry over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, until lightly browned. Meanwhile, fry the eggs.
- Serve 2 röstis per person, topped with an egg, cottage cheese and basil.
