  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Shredded semi-cured cheese6 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Baking powder1/2 tablespoon
  • Guava smudge300 g
  • Water to taste
  1. Start by beating the eggs, sugar and butter in a blender. Then, every 30 seconds, add the other ingredients in the order of the recipe (except the guava). Make sure the flour is well mixed and add the yeast and do not beat for more than 30 seconds. Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan.
  2. For the topping, heat the chopped guava paste with water and let it boil until it reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Let the cake cool and cover with the guava.
