  • Milk2 tablespoon
  • Stuffing of your choice5 g
  • Butter1/2 dessert spoon
  1. With a wire whisk, beat the eggs with the milk.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and strain the mixture and add the filling of your choice.
  3. In a square skillet greased with butter, place 1 ladle of the mixture over low heat and tilt the skillet to spread it all over the bottom.
  4. When it dries underneath, roll up the omelet and leave it in a corner of the skillet.
  5. Repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up, obtaining a large roll.
  6. Brown the roll on all sides, slice and serve. Enjoy your food
