Wheat flour

Misturar a farinha de trigo, sal, açúcar e fermento em um recipiente redondo e grande.

Mix the flour, salt, sugar and yeast in a large, round bowl.

Depois adicione o óleo, ovo e leite aos poucos.

Then add the oil, egg and milk gradually.

Misture tudo até a massa ficar mole e lisa. 

Mix everything until the dough is soft and smooth.

Corte a massa em pequenos pedaços de torno de 20g.

Cut the dough into small pieces of around 20g.

Unte uma assadeira com óleo e coloque a massa e deixe descansar e dobrar de tamanho.

Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the dough and let it rest and double in size.
