- Olive oil50 ml
- Coarse salt to taste
- Herbs (thyme, oregano, basil) to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half, place on a platter;
- Place the camenbert cheese in the center;
- Add oil, salt and herbs.
- Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes.
