- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour4 cup
- Biological Yeast30 g
- Whole eggs4 unit(s)

- In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk (I used 2 sachets of 15 grams), the sugar, stirring well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to form a dough, place on a flat surface and knead until smooth, place in a covered bowl and let rest for half an hour.
- After that, with the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and make small pieces. I cut a sausage into four pieces. Now just roll the dough into it and take it to a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with the egg yolk and bake until golden.
