- warm milk250 ml
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Sausages12 unit(s)
- Egg yolk for brushing1 unit(s)
- In a large bowl, place the warm milk, sugar, eggs, oil, margarine and yeast. Mix well
- Add the salt. And the flour little by little until you get a homogeneous mass that doesn't stick to your hands.
- Knead the dough well
- Take the pounded dough into a bowl and cover with a cloth. Let rest for 1 hour
- Place the dough on a bench, and with the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and then cut it into strips.
- Roll the dough in the sausages already boiled
- Brush with the egg yolk and, if you prefer, sprinkle with a little oregano.
- Bake in a hot oven until golden
