  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Water400 ml
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Wheat flour5 cup
  • Oil1/3 cup
  • Mozzarella to taste
  • Ham to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Gem1 unit(s)
  1. Mix water and yeast, add sugar and salt, mix. Gradually add the wheat flour and mix well.
  2. Add the oil, knead well, until it unglued from your hands.
  3. Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Then open the dough, spread the ham and mozzarella, roll the dough, cut into pieces of about 6/7 cm.
  5. Place in a refractory, with a space between them, brush the yolk and sprinkle oregano.
  6. Bake at 180g for 30min or until golden.
