- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Water400 ml
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Wheat flour5 cup
- Oil1/3 cup
- Mozzarella to taste
- Ham to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Mix water and yeast, add sugar and salt, mix. Gradually add the wheat flour and mix well.
- Add the oil, knead well, until it unglued from your hands.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Then open the dough, spread the ham and mozzarella, roll the dough, cut into pieces of about 6/7 cm.
- Place in a refractory, with a space between them, brush the yolk and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake at 180g for 30min or until golden.
