Misture a farinha de trigo, creme de leite e o sal com as mãos 

Mix the flour, sour cream and salt with your hands.

Depois de misturar abra a massa e faça circulos

After mixing open the dough and make circles

Recheie cada um dos círculos com a calabresa,e feche as bordas enrolando com as pontas do dedo 

Fill each of the circles with the pepperoni, and close the edges by rolling it with your finger tips.

Passe a gema com um pincel e leve pra assar por 30 minutos.

Brush the yolk with a brush and bake for 30 minutes.
