- ground beef500 g
- wheat for kibbeh300 g
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- minced garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- cottage cheese150 g
- chives1 to taste
- parsley1 to taste
- mint1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- soak the wheat in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain well until all water is removed.
- Mix the meat well with the wheat, add the onion and garlic
- Add the mint and the green smell
- Grease a refractory of approximately 30 cm, place half of the mixture and press on the bottom, stuffing with cheese and meat, finish with kibbeh and drizzle with olive oil
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes
