  • Mozzarella cheese cut into cubes50 g
  • Zest of 1 orange1 unit(s)
  • chopped parsley stalks4 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • breadcrumbs1 cup
  1. 👆 Vegetable oil enough for frying Jam of your choice to accompany 👆 Preparation mode 1 – In a bowl, place a lightly beaten egg; in another, put the breadcrumbs and set aside.
  2. 2 – In another bowl, add the risotto, orange zest, parsley, a unit of egg, wheat flour and stir vigorously until smooth. Once this is done, moisten your hands with water, take a spoonful of the mixture and mold a small ball the size of a ping pong ball. Flatten it and place a piece of cheese in the center and hide the cheese again.
  3. 3 – Then, quickly pass the cupcake through the beaten egg, drain the excess well and dip it in the breadcrumbs. Leave the entire surface of the dumpling covered by the breadcrumbs, store the dumpling on a plate and repeat the procedure with the other ingredients.
  4. 4 – When all the dumplings are molded, take a medium-sized pan with the oil to heat up. When the oil is hot, deposit a maximum of five units of dumplings until they are golden. Carefully remove the dumplings, place them on a plate lined with paper towels and finish frying the rest.
  5. 5 – Serve next, while still hot, accompanied by jams of your choice.
