  • Large Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt. to taste
  • Black pepper. to taste
  • Defurmated Paprika. to taste
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  1. Cut the potatoes into strips or cubes.
  2. Heat a skillet with two to three tablespoons of butter and place the cut potatoes to coat them in the butter.
  3. Then place the potatoes on a baking sheet and season them with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika, mix well and add the two unpeeled garlic cloves and bake for 40 minutes or until they are golden brown. Serve while still hot.
