  • Ricotta3/4 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil or olive oil3/4 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Baking powder2 teaspoon
  • Salt, oregano and pepper to taste
  • Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Cherry Tomatoes7 unit(s)
  • Spinach to taste
  1. Start by greasing a form with butter and wholemeal flour and set aside.
  2. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and milk. Then add the flour and salt and mix well. Finally the yeast and beat again.
  3. For the stuffing, sauté 1 clove of garlic, put the spinach and let it cook, set aside.
  4. In another container mix the ricotta with salt, oregano and black pepper to taste and then the spinach.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
  6. Time to assemble the pie. Put the dough in a shape and spread the ricotta and spinach mixture, on top put the tomato pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.
