- Ricotta3/4 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil3/4 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Baking powder2 teaspoon
- Salt, oregano and pepper to taste
- Whole wheat flour1/2 cup
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Cherry Tomatoes7 unit(s)
- Spinach to taste
- Start by greasing a form with butter and wholemeal flour and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and milk. Then add the flour and salt and mix well. Finally the yeast and beat again.
- For the stuffing, sauté 1 clove of garlic, put the spinach and let it cook, set aside.
- In another container mix the ricotta with salt, oregano and black pepper to taste and then the spinach.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Time to assemble the pie. Put the dough in a shape and spread the ricotta and spinach mixture, on top put the tomato pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes.
