1 or 2 cups of cooked rice (I prefer eggs over rice) to taste
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

As a precaution, break the eggs, one by one, separately and combine them in a single container. This prevents you from losing everything if any is broken.
In a large skillet, spread a drizzle of oil, wait for it to heat up a little and pour in the six eggs at once. Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper.
Stir and when the yolks start to cook (synonymous with cooking; not sewing, which is synonymous with sewing 🙂 ) and the whites turn white, remove from the heat.
Add the rice, stir and return to the heat.
Season with salt and pepper and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
If desired, finally chop some chives and parsley and mix before serving.
