- Grind the cooked rice. I used the mixer, but you can mash it any way you like.
- In a bowl, mash the boiled potatoes. Now add the rice, black pepper, dried parsley, oregano, chives, parsley and salt. mix everything very well
- After adding the corn starch, with your hands, mix again until the dough reaches the ideal point.
- Grease your hands with oil, take some of the dough and shape. Now cut approximately 3 fingers thick. Repeat this process until all the dough is used up.
- In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the snacks until golden.
