Rice Cake with Mozzarella

Primeiro colocar a batata para cozinhar, assim que estiver prontar amassar com um garfo e reserve.
Cortar a mussarela em cubos grandes e reserve.
Cortar o pimentão verde, tomate e cebola em cubinhos. Reserve.

First put the potato to cook, once it's ready mash it with a fork and set aside.
Cut the mozzarella into large cubes and set aside.
Cut the green pepper, tomato and onion into cubes. Reserve.

Em uma tigela colocar o arroz, a farinha de trigo, um ovo, o purê de batata, pimentão verde, tomate e a cebola misturar bem, colocar o sal, pimenta do reino e o cheiro verde. Misturar bem, tem que ficar uma massa.

In a bowl put the rice, wheat flour, an egg, mashed potatoes, green peppers, tomatoes and onions, mix well, add salt, black pepper and green smell. Mix well, it should be a dough.

Pegar um pouco da massa e abrir como um disco e colocar a mussarela e fechar. 
Em uma tigela colocar o ovo e bater. Em outra tigela colocar a farinha de rosca.

In a bowl put the egg and beat. In another bowl put the breadcrumbs.

Passar a bolinha no ovo e na farinha de rosca. Levar para assar no air fryer por 25 minutos ou fritar até dourar. Servir na hora.
