Rice cake made at Air Frayr

Como eu gosto de um bolinho mais lisinho, comecei batendo o arroz com um pouquinho de leite no liquidificador (não coloque muito leite, coloque o suficiente para ajudar a triturar o arroz)
Obs: se você gosta de sentir os pedaços do arroz no bolinho, não precisa bater no liquidificador, só amassar com um garfo. 

Após bater o arroz no liquidificador junte todos os ingredientes e mexa bem com as mãos.

Passe bastante óleo nas mãos para modelar os bolinhos. 
Se preferir use queijo para rechea-los (fica perfeito assim) 

Pincele um pouco de óleo sobre os bolinhos e leve para fritar na fritadeira elétrica por aproximadamente 20 minutinhos. 

As I like a smoother dumpling, I started by mixing the rice with a little milk in the blender (don't put too much milk, put enough to help crush the rice)
Note: if you like to feel the pieces of rice in the dumpling, you don't need to hit the blender, just mash it with a fork.

After mixing the rice in the blender, add all the ingredients and mix well with your hands.

Apply a lot of oil to your hands to shape the dumplings.
If you prefer, use cheese to fill them (it's perfect like this)

Brush a little oil over the dumplings and take it to fry in the electric fryer for approximately 20 minutes.
