  • Hibiscus1 tablespoon
  • Dried or raw ginger1 teaspoon
  • Mint leaves3 unit(s)
  • Melon slice1 unit(s)
  • Ice4 unit(s)
  • Water150 ml
  1. Start with ginger tea with hibiscus, just put both in the pan along with the water, heat until almost boiling, cover and wait about 5 minutes until it infuses.
  2. Then just add the tea with all the other ingredients and blend in a blender until it becomes frothy and breaks the ice.
  3. Ginger alleviates the symptoms of nausea and dizziness. Hibiscus is detoxifying, helping your poor liver to recover. Peppermint helps with headaches, stomach aches, fatigue and gas. Melon helps with hydration and elimination of toxins, in addition to bringing sweetness and flavor to the juice.
  4. This juice is delicious and looks beautiful, as well as healthy. It can be done even by those who don't have a hangover! 😉
