- Natural skimmed yogurt200 ml
- Skimmed milk100 ml
- Frozen strawberries5 unit(s)
- Frozen blackberries3 unit(s)
- Frozen Raspberries5 unit(s)
- Brown sugar (optional)1 tablespoon
- Ice (optional) to taste
- To prepare, place the yogurt, milk, fruits and brown sugar in a blender (or mixer). Beat well until smooth. Then add the ice gradually and continue beating until you get a creamy shake. If you want, garnish with some red berries on top.
