Rain Cookie With Banana

Em uma vasilha bate bem os ovos ,acrescente o leite o açúcar e farinha até ficar bem homogêneo (bate na mão).


In a bowl, beat the eggs well, add the milk, sugar and flour until smooth (beat by hand).


Adicione  as raspas e o fermento mexendo delicadamente e por último  a banana  bem picadinha. (Pode ser raspas de limão também)

Add the zest and yeast, stirring gently, and finally the finely chopped banana. (Can be lemon zest too)

Com o óleo quente (não muito pois frita por fora e fica cru por dentro) e com o auxilio de duas colheres vá fazendo pequenas bolinhas. 
Ele fica no formato  de um pingo e vira sozinho, caso isso não aconteça vireos como à ajuda de uma escumadeira. 

With the hot oil (not too much because it fries on the outside and is raw on the inside) and with the help of two spoons, make small balls.
It is in the shape of a drip and turns on its own, if it doesn't turn over like a skimmer.

Coloque os sobre um papel toalha para retirar o excesso de gordura.
Depois se preferir é só passar eles no açúcar com canela viu.
