Rain Cookie

Em uma vasilha , misture por 3 minutos o leite com os ovos .
 Va misturando a  farinha de trigo aos pouco e por último o fermento em pó . Misture bem até obter uma massa homogênea.

In a bowl, mix the milk with the eggs for 3 minutes.
 Mix in the wheat flour little by little and finally the baking powder. Mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.

Em um frigideira funda aqueça  o óleo . Com o auxílio de 2 colheres, vá pegando  pequenas quantidades de massa e colocando no óleo quente.

In a deep skillet heat the oil. With the help of 2 spoons, take small amounts of dough and put it in the hot oil.

Deixe fritar até que os bolinhos estejam bem dourados.

Let it fry until the cookies are golden brown.

Escorra em papel toalha e passe os bolinhos no açúcar e canela em pó. Sirva a seguir

Drain on paper towels and roll the cookies in powdered sugar and cinnamon. serve next
