- Mix the egg and sugar in a bowl. Add the milk, wheat flour and yeast. Stir very well. Heat the oil to 180°C and gradually fry the rain balls, shaping them with the help of two spoons. Remove and let drain on paper towel. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon powder and pass the cookies.
