- In a bowl, mix the egg and sugar well, add the wheat flour, cornstarch, salt and milk and mix well until smooth. Add the chemical cake yeast and mix.
- In a small pan, heat approximately 500ml of oil.
- With the help of a spoon, drip the dough into the hot oil and wait for it to fry over low heat. Place in a serving dish of your choice and serve.
