Dry meat, breadcrumbs, panko200 g
Curd cheese100 g
Cottage cheese in tube200 g
Green smell and black pepper1 to taste
Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)

Mix, 200 g of jerky, curd in a tube, 1 chopped onion and 1 cup of green smell.
Make disks with the dough, fill with cubes of curd cheese and close the cupcake well.
For breading, pass the cookie in 2 beaten eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Then pass the breadcrumbs, pass the egg again and finally the panko flour.
Place in the freezer for 30 min
Then fry in hot oil until golden. Finally, just serve these delicious rain cookies!
