- phyllo dough250 g

- Ham to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Butter to taste
- Spread the filo pastry, sprinkle the first with melted butter.
- Place in the center a piece of cheese and 1 piece of ham.
- Fold into a square, place the other piece of cheese and fold with another crust, then place the ham and cover with a lid and bake for 4 minutes over low heat.
- Then turn, arrange the tomato rings and sprinkle with grated cheese, fold again and so alternate according to how thick you want the snacks to be.
- Crack the eggs and dip the snacks in them. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Cover the pan again with a lid and leave for 3 minutes on low heat.
