- Wheat flour300 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Royal Yeast2 teaspoon
- Whole milk150 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese/Ham diced1 to taste
- In a bowl mix the dry
- Add the liquids; unite and knead well. Have a little flour on hand if you need it (always little by little). It has to be a non-sticky mass that feels moist. Form a ball and cover with a plastic bag. Let rest for 10'
- Cut the dough in half and then again like this until portioned in 8. Make balls with each portion (make sure they are the same size)
- Open the 1st with your fingers and place the cheese cubes in the center. Take the wedding to the center and pinch until the ball is well closed. Flip and rotate on the bench by rounding it.
- Heat a nonstick skillet on the stove and brush with butter. Once hot, place the 8 buns. Once they start to brown on the bottom, turn them over.
- Ready quickly, you already have some delicious rolls for breakfast or afternoon snack 😋
