- Wheat flour430 g
- Salt8 g
- Organic Dry Yeast8 g
- filtered water300 g
- Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Add the water and mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass that practically unglued from your hands.
- Reserve the bowl and cover with a cloth for 2 hours.
- 🥖 After that time, flour a smooth surface with flour, remove the dough from the bowl and pour it on the floured surface.
- 🥖 Make 4 folds in the dough, from the corners to the center. At that time it will gain the rounded shape. Return the dough, already in a ball shape, to the bowl.
- Take the form that will bake the bread (do not grease or flour at this stage) and put it in the oven for a maximum of 30 minutes while the bread finishes fermenting.
- Remove the pan from the oven, grease and flour it (I use a brush and sprinkle flour with my hand - be careful not to burn yourself!), transfer the dough to the pan and make cuts in the dough (2 horizontally is what I usually do ), which needs to be covered in the oven. As I don't have a lid that can go in the oven, I use aluminum foil (on either side).
- 🥖 Count 30 minutes on the clock and remove the foil (it's exciting! 🤣). After that, leave it for a few more minutes until your bread is golden.
