- Ricotta100 g
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Lettuce to taste
- grated carrot to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked chicken breast slices (can also be turkey)4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Start by mashing the ricotta with a fork. As soon as it crumbles, add the cottage cheese and mayonnaise, adjust the salt and pepper and set aside.
- Now just assemble your snack! The idea is that you can take it to a Carnival block or wherever you want, so start with the bread, and then the lettuce, so you don't run the risk of softening your bread on the way.
- Spread a layer of ricotta cream over the lettuce, then the grated carrot, chicken breast and lettuce again, finishing with the bread.
- You can use other vegetables in your snack, but these elements usually release little water and last longer over time, ideal to take to work too.
- It's delicious, creamy and super practical!
