Milk250 ml
Mimosa Cornmeal (+1/2)1 cup
Wheat Flour1 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Lemon zest to taste
Cinnamon to taste
Yeast1 tablespoon

Start by beating the sugar, eggs and oil in the blender. Then add the milk, salt, zest and cinnamon. Beat well.
Then add the cornmeal and wheat flour, beating at high speed for 1 minute.
Place the yeast and use the pulsar function 3 times.
Distribute the dough in greased shape and bake in preheated oven until the cake is baked (about 35-40 minutes).
