Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Yeast1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese100 g
Tomato1 unit(s)

Mix all ingredients except cheese and tomatoes
Grease the frying pan and place half the dough stuff it with cheese and tomato and pour the rest of the dough on top
Cover and cook well on both sides and serve.
