  • Wheat for kibbeh125 g
  • Ground beef250 g
  • Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Mint to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • seedless tomato1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Diced Mozzarella100 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Put the wheat to hydrate for 1 hour in a basin with water. Then drain in a large sieve.
  2. While the wheat water drains, chop the onion, garlic, mint and tomato finely.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, with your hands until it is very homogeneous.
  4. Take balls of the dough in the size of the palm of your hand, place a cube of cheese in the center and mold the kibes.
  5. Place in the airfryer at 180° for about 20 minutes, until very dark.
  6. Looks WONDERFUL!!!!!!! You can serve it with the seasoned curds you have here on my profile!
