  • Olive oil50 to taste
  • Ground beef500 g
  1. Soak the wheat for kibbeh in hot water and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Grind all other ingredients.
  3. Mix this seasoning that was crushed with the ground beef.
  4. Drain the wheat well.
  5. You can use a sieve and press until it gets very dry.
  6. Add the wheat with the meat and the beaten seasoning and mix well.
  7. Grease a refractory with oil, spread the kibbeh
  8. Put a stuffing of your preference I used mozzarella and curd.
  9. Make 1 layer of dough, stuffing, dough.
  10. Add more oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 35 minutes.
  11. Decorate as you like
