Coloque a farinha de quibe em um refratário e cubra com água quente e sal a gosto. É opcional também temperos como salsa, cebolinha, pimenta do reino. 

Place the kibbeh flour in a refractory and cover with hot water and salt to taste. Seasonings such as parsley, chives, black pepper are also optional.

Após a farinha de quibe  absorver toda água, coloque em camadas no refratário com a carne moída

No meio pode colocar o requeijão como recheio 

In the middle you can put the cottage cheese as a filling

Forre com carne moída e a mozarela, leve ao forno a 180°. 

Forre with ground beef and mozzarella, bake at 180°.
